An adept strategist, Kay has overseen and helped implement some of the most significant moments in pop culture on behalf of his clients, which includes securing numerous high-profile hosting opportunities such as the Academy Awards, Primetime Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, White House Correspondents’ Dinner, MTV Movie & Television Awards, and many more.
In addition to managing their personal brands, Kay also represents a selection of production companies and media entities, including Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Paper Kite Productions (Lucy & Desi, Moxie), Electric Avenue (Flaked, Twisted Metal), Imperative Entertainment (Killers of the Flower Moon) and The Ringer brand including their website and successful podcast network.
Previously, Kay served as EVP and COO of PMK•BNC’s Entertainment Division, where he built and oversaw the Talent, Television, Special Events, Film, Music, Lifestyle, and Personal Brand Management departments. During his tenure with the agency, Kay led numerous high-profile public relations campaigns for talent clients, including The Television Academy, multiple Emmy Awards, the launch of Grantland, 30 for 30 and Maxim Magazine.
